Embracing those curves!

I must admit that I am obsessed with the shape of my body! Society does pressure you to be a skinny size 6 but surely that can't be a healthy look for someone who is 5ft10? I go to the gym on a regular basis (about 2 - 3 times per week), I eat healthily (all in moderation) and I am a size 10 to 12 (5ft10). Like every other woman I do have those 'bad points' of my body, I hate the way my bum looks when I haven't been training for a while, those love handles etc. However I am trying really hard to embrace and to love those 'curves' !

Recently I've been a huge fan of midi dresses and pencil skirts. This LBD below was £12.99 from International, I really love the cut out sleeves! I think this dress is great because black is a perfect simple colour and very slimming. The length is great too as it's not too long or short and with it being plain, it would look good with a statement necklace.

This pencil skirt is from ASOS and I got it a while back for around £18. For the past week I haven't been feeling really bloated and by wearing this skirt it kind of creates an 'optical illusion' and hides all your lumps and bumps which is great! I look dogtooth print because it's slimming but also very monochrome which is bang on trend at the moment.
